I grinded my fresh pepper, tomatoes and onions and made sure it wasn't smooth

I boiled water and turned in a bowl...i rinsed the sliced vegetables, poured into the hot water and covered it

I poured my dry fish in another bowl of hot water and left it for about five minutes

I poured palm oil in a pot and let it bleach...I added the grinded pepper, tomatoes and onions

I rinsed the fish and added to the pepper

I also added the locust beans and cray fish....I added my seasoning immediately

I cover the pot and left the mixture to boil for about 5minutes

Then I added my vegetables and covered it again for about 3minutes
