3Assorted Bell Peppers
1Carrot
1Egg Plants
leavesRocoula Leaves/Basil
1Gorjet
4Asparagus
50 gOregano
1 tblspoon Garlic Pesto(Menu on my last publish)
100 mlOlive Oil
Parmesan Cheese flakes

Steps

Slice the veggies as desired mix them together
2

Add Olive Oil, Oregano Salt and pepper
3

Grill them till they achieve grill marks or till brownish
4

Take the Asparagus and coat with the garlic pesto then also grill
5

Serve and garnish with the parmesan cheese and rocoula leaves or basil leaves
