Simple easy meals

Had company that consisted of adults teenagers and a three year old. Pat myself on the back...had dinner done in 25 minutes. Everyone was satisfied. :)

Bacon lovers fried rice so good

My wife wanted something special and she loves bacon and mushrooms. I just made this from the top of my head and it turned out fine.

I had a dish something similar to this and I really enjoyed it. So here's my remake of it my way ☺

This was created out of lack of things for dinner. There are many names for it, pantry party, what have you. But this one ended up really nice. Easy, only one pot (not counting rice) and pretty quick. A small amount of bacon (not too much) adds a nice hint of flavor.

Was making fried rice and found the cheese and bacon bits in the refrigerator. Decided to experiment and it turned out really well. Hope you enjoy.

I love eggplant so I wanted to make an easy rice bowl using eggplant.Please adjust the amount of eggplant and sake depending on how many servings you need.Make sure that the bacon is cooked until crispy.The bacon in the photo is just before the crispy stage, but it was still good. Please adjust the doneness to your taste.I think 1 cm square is the best size to cut the bacon the eggplant, but as you can see I just did it roughly. For 4 servings. Recipe by Sakusumi mama
