Add all the listed veggies in a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt and black pepper the corn flour and rice flour. Be careful so that the mixture binds in properly to form balls. Now, take 1 tbps of the mixture and give it a shape of a ball. heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls.

Saute the veggies in 1-2 tbps of oil and then add chings manchurain masala. NOw, add 2 cups of water and mix it well so that the lumps are not there. Now, heat it on low flame and continue to stir untill the required consitency is their.

Add the balls to the manchurian gravy and serve hot with fried rice.
