Ingredients

2 tablespoonghee
1 tablespoonajwain
1 cupsugar
2whole grated fresh coconut
4 tablespoonbrown sugar
2 cupmilk

Take a pan add ghee in it

Add ajwain, grated coconut, milk and sugar

Let the coconut absorb all the milk properly and keep stirring till you see nice light brown colour

Add brown sugar and stir well for 5 min on high flame

Serve hot !
