Wash and blend pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and ginger and set aside

Heat up frying pan and once its hot, pour in veg oil and once its very hot, pour in blended tomatoes paste, don't stir, just allow it cook till the water dries off

Pour in the coconut milk and stir, add salt, knorr cube and then the grilled chicken; parboil on low heat and allow it cook for another 3 minutes

Finally add green bell pepper and turn off heat

Serve with pasta or spaghetti.
