Take besan in a mixing bowl, add spices, capsicum, onion, grated paneer, potatoes, coriander leaves...mix them well...add water slowly and make a thick batter...... neither very much liquid nor too thick..... consistency of batter must be like that....that it can be easily spread on bread. Now take tava.... heat it.... grease it with oil.

Take a bread slice.... Spread the batter on it.....then place the batter side slice on hot tava....and spread the batter on top side..... Cook it from both sides....... serve it with chutney or ketchup...
If possible keep the batter for 1/2 hr before using.....
