Steps

Wash and chop all veggies

Take 2 glasses of water, little salt and oil in a cooker. Add pasta and cook it for one whitsle.

After it cooks, drain the excess water and wash it

Heat ½ teaspoon oil in a pan Add carrot, green capsicum, red capsicum, red capsicum corn and salt.

Stir and cook veggies are little cooked but still crunchy.for around 2-3 mins.

Add 1 tbsp butter in a pan add all purpose flour stir continue and cook for a minute.add milk little by little while stirring continue with a whisk stir.and mix 2 mins.

Add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper mix well.

And add sauteed vegtable and boiled pasta.

White sauce pasta is ready.Garnish with grated mozzarella cheese,sprinkle some chilli flacks and oregano.Serve immediately.
