Cut the yam in small cubes,add water but let the water not cover the yam.

Blend crayfish,fresh pepper and add,slice onion and add it.add salt,stock cubes and red oil.

Cover and cook for 12minutes,use spartula for 30seconds.cover and allow to continue cooking it.

Wash and slice the scent leaves and add.then stir and is done.
