Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1cauliflower
  • 1/4 cuphung curd
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves paste
  • 2-3green chillies paste
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoonpoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tablespooncashew-raisins paste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the florets and steam

  2. 2

    Now marinate it with all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Heat oil temper jeera seeds and bay leaf

  4. 4

    Pour the marinated cauliflower florets and the marination

  5. 5

    Saute it and cover,allow it to simmer

  6. 6

    As the cauliflower florets get soft and combined with the masala add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Hariyali gobhi tikka masala is ready
