Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2large Eggplants
  • 4medium Carrots
  • 1large Cabbage
  • 1 packagesSpinach
  • 5 lbPork or any meet of your choice
  • 2each Dungeness crab or any others of your choice
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 3 cloveCloves
  • 1 tbspGoya Adobo all purpose seasoning
  • 1Maggi cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the eggplant skin and slice them in 1/2.

    Peel the eggplant skin and slice them in 1/2.

    With a potato peeler slightly remove the carrots skin

  4. 4

    Slice the cabbage in 4 pieces

  5. 5

    If you are using the spinach in a bag, open the bag remove any rotten spinach then rinse with cold water

  6. 6

    In a cooking pot add the ingredients, cover the pot and allow the vegetables to cook for 25-30mns.
