1 bowloats
1medium sized onion sliced
1medium sized carrot chopped(boiled)
2medium sized beans chopped(boiled)
2Green chilli chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and water
1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
As neededcurry leaves

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and curry leaves and saute.

Add onion and all the vegetables, salt, sugar and oats mix it well, add water and cook for a few minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy.
