Ingredients

  1. 750 gmrava small
  2. 1/2 bowlghee for kneading dough
  3. 300 gmsJaggery
  4. pinchnutmeg powder
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. oil for fry
  7. 150 gmsfor laddu binding
  8. 1 tsptil
  9. 1 tbspchopped coconut dry

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Firstly take semolina,milk and ghee add water and prepare dough
    2. Now with the dough make a big and thick chapati and cut it into big pieces.
    3. Now heat oil and fry these pieces in medium to slow flame till they turn pink in colour
    4. Now in a big plate with the help of hands make small pieces
    5. Now make powder of these pieces in mortar pestle.
    6. Now sieve this powder and we will get a fine powder of semolina
    7. If any big pieces are left grind them in mixer and add.

    8. Now in a big vessel take ghee and baat till it changes the colour into white.
    9. Now add semi solid jaggery and rava mixture with the help of hands till they mix properly
    10. In 1 tbsp of oil add chopped coconut and sesame roast them and add in the rava (semolina) mixture add nutmeg powder also.

    11. Now with the hands mix the mixture properly and make smooth balls.
    Yummy and delicious laddu is ready to serve.
