Ingredients

2chicken breast
3 tablespoonssoysauce
2 tablespoonspeanut butter
1Iceburge lettuce
1/4 cuptoasted peanuts
1egg
1 tbspcornstarch
1 cupmozzarella

Steps

Mix egg and cornstarch
2

Cut chicken into bit sized pieces
3

Coat chicken with the egg/cornstarch mix
4

Heat oil in a skillet medium high
5

Add chicken to skillet and cook for 15 minutes
6

Add soy sauce and peanut butter reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring for 10 minutes
7

Thinly sliced lettuce and arrange on serving dish
8

Crunch peanuts and sprinkle on top w/ cheese
