Boil water.switch off gas and add soya chunks to it.keep aside for 10 minutes till they grow in size.

In a bowl mix cornflour,maida,pepper,chilli powder,salt and a little water and make a paste..

Now take out soya chunks, squeeze extra water from them.dip in the prepared paste and saute in a pan.when light brown take out from oil.

For sauce.-heat a pan with little oil,add garlic, onion and saute for 2 minutes.then add capsicum.

Then put sauces a.the the cornflower mixture,salt,pepper.

Lastly add sauted soya nuggets.cook for a minute.

Chilli soya nuggets ready.
