Ingredients

  1. 16 ozWhipped Cream Cheese
  2. 8 ozMuenster Brick Cheese
  3. 8 ozGouda Brick Cheese
  4. 16 ozSharp Cheddar
  5. 1 canstewed tomatoes, chopped
  6. Generous squeeze of Honey Mustard (or Buffalo Sauce for spicy)
  7. 1/4 lbUnsweetened Butter
  8. 32 ozHeavy Whipping Cream
  9. Good Sized Pinch of Garlic Powder
  10. Good Size Pinch of Thyme
  11. Good Sized Pinch of Black Pepper
  12. 1 1/2 lbsNoodles of Choice
  13. Panko Bread Crumbs for Topping
  14. 1-16 slicepkg of bacon
  15. 1 pkgdiced ham

Cooking Instructions

    Combine Muenster, Gouda, Cheddar, and Cream Cheese with the honey mustard (or Buffalo sauce), butter, and heavy whipping cream in sauce pan on medium until cheese is melted. Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

    In a separate pot cook noodles according to directions on the box.

    Pre-heat oven 350 °F.

    Cook bacon and ham until crispy and golden.

    After the cheese melts add seasonings and stewed tomatoes.

    Put cooked noodles into a large casserole dish, add cheese sauce, bacon and ham; cover with bread crumbs.

    Bake for 15 mins or until bread crumbs are golden brown.
