Pressed Pork Cracklings in Green Sauce

Boil the washed tomatoes together with the serrano peppers.

In a saucepan, fry the pressed pork cracklings. Once ready, add the nopales.

Blend the boiled tomatoes and peppers with the onion and chicken bouillon powder until smooth.

Pour the tomato sauce over the pork cracklings, add salt to taste, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Done! Serve with beans.
