My version of Pasta

This healthier pasta heat the spot when you want rich, creamy pasta without the cream and calories.
Sometimes it hard to come up with taste full Delicious pasta to that bowl , where no cheesy looks , no creamy looks but a vibrant colour full bowl of pasta.
My both funny cats will take one one piece of penne ; smell it, taste it and then as usual start smiling and sharing the plates.

Ingredients

1 BowlPenne pasta
1 tablespoonunsalted butter
1big size Onion sliced
6garlic cloves finely crushed
1 Bowlfresh tomato pure
1 tablespoontomato sauce
1 tbspred Chilli flakes
1 tspmixed herbs
Freshly ground black pepper according to your choice
As neededSalt

Steps

Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, uncovered, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until it softens slightly. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until aromat.

Add tomatoes sauce and tomato puree Increase heat to high and cook until the liquid reduces and thickens like paste.
Add water give a nice boil to it.
Add hand full of coriander leaves, salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water till done. Drain and return to the pan of sauce to the pasta and toss to combine.
Sprinkle chilli flakes and herbs stir on serving time.
Serve hot Italian Flavours Tomato Penne Pasta.
