Strawberry Sorbet with Mango Parfait

For Sorbet:
Heat Water in a heavy bottom saucepan and add sugar. Cook over high heat until sugar dissolves. Boil it for 3-5 minutes.

Make smooth puree of strawberries in food processor.

Add strawberry puree and lemon juices to sugar syrup; stir to blend. Pour in a covered container and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Process strawberry mixture in mixture jar or with electric beater; freeze it again for about 2-3 hours. (Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and freeze in airtight container.

For Parfait:
Blend the mangoes to puree and refrigerate for half an hour.

Add Sugar & mango puree to the hung curd and mix thoroughly.

Take small glasses & layer with the Yogurt followed by strawberry sorbet & freeze.

Garnish with fresh fruits and serve chilled.
