Ingredients

1 serving

2finger unripe plantain
1boiled egg
1/2onion bulb (chopped)
3fresh tomatoes(sliced)
3habanero pepper (sliced)
1 teaspooncurry
1knorr cube
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/4cabbage small (shreaded)
to tasteSalt

Wash unripe plantain and boil for 15min.

Place dry pan on heat,add veg oil, onion,tomatoes,pepper and stir after 3min
3

Add knorr cube, curry and salt stir and turn off heat after 5min.

Arrange plantain with sauce along side egg and cabbage in a plate.
