Sabse pehle sabhi vegetables or onion ko slices mein cut kar le or wash kar le.

Aab noodles/Chow mein ko boiled kar le. Dhayan rahe noodles bhout jyda boil nahi krna hai otherwise wo sticky ho jayege.

Aab ek pan mein oil garam karein usme sabse pehle onion ke slices ko dale 2 min. baad carrot dale or halka sa cook karein uske baad salt dale or last mein cabbage or green capsicum dale 1 min. cook ke cook karein yaad rakhe vegetables ko jyada cook nahi krna hai unko hume crunchy rakhna hai.

Aab usme sare sauces dale or mix karein.

Aab last mein boil noodles ko daal ke ache se mix karein.

Veg Chow mein ready hai khane ke liye.

Aab ise ek plate mein ache se serve karein.
