Stir fry vegetables and goat meat

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin long strips

Wash the French beans and cut off both of the ends

Place the carrots and French beans to boil for 10 minutes, add a pinch of salt
- 4
Drain any excess water and stir fry in coconut oil for 3 minutes *Serve Hot
- 5
Wash and cut the goat meat then Marinate it with cumin and turmeric a day before or at least for an hour
- 6
Bring to boil in water that covers all the meat, until moderately soft, add potatoes (peeled, washed and cut in cubes)

Add finely chopped onions and crushed ginger and garlic
- 8
Allow to boil until soft and add finely chopped tomatoes
- 9
Add other spices as you wish and allow to simmer until the water is reduced and there is a little thick stew (wet fry)

Serve with the veggies and enjoy!
