1/2 cupPineapple
1 dashCinnamon
1/2 cupCarrot Juice
1/4 cupHoney

Gather all ingredients.

I used my ninja single serve and filled with pineapple then added honey.

Then added my cinnamon.

Then I filled the rest with carrot juice.

Blend until everything is smooth and mixed. Then serve and enjoy!
