Roasted Parmesan Potatoes
I love potatoes !!! Who doesn't?! With this one I was just trying out a new mix:)
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

After washing and rinsing potatoes dice up into desired size.
- 3
Spray a large baking sheet and evenly disperse the potatoes. Then drizzle the olive oil evenly over potatoes .. You may also want to mix it up with your hands to make sure they are all coated.

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 5
Evenly distribute the mixture over the potatoes.
- 6
Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Then enjoy! This is how mine turned out.
