Switch your stove to medium heat then place your nonstick frying pan the drizzle that 1 spoon of olive oil.

Once warm crack your eggs and season them and let it cook for a while then flip them to the other side and let it cook for a minute then plate it.

The over hard egg is not that runny you open it and my breakfast is now ready with beef burgers, green salad and eggs.
