Steps

Blend ogbono,boil the beef with onion,salt and stock cubes till is soft.

Pour in 3 more cups of water inside the beef allow it to boil then turn off the heat.

Place a dry pot on the heat,pour in red oil bleach for 3minutes then the ogbono stir with a spartula allpw to fry for 10minutes with continuous stirring.

Pour the boiled beef with the stock and boil for 15minutes.

Rinse the smoked fish and add.blend the fresh pepper and crayfish,salt and stock cubes and add to it too.

Boil for 10minutes please dont cover the soup.rinse and slice the uziza leaves and pour it stir and is ready
