Wash and chop all veggies

Grind oats to a fine powder,transfer in a bowl.Add sooji,rice flour,curd,add 1/2 cup of water and mix well,ensuring that there are no lumps. Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.

Add all chop veggies,salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix well. If required you can add more water. Batter should neither be too thick nor to thin.

Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa and wipe with a tissue paper.Pour a ladleful of the prepared mixture and spread into a dosa. Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook till the underside is golden.Flip and cook till the other side is golden.

Serve hot with green chutney
