1/2 cupGround Oats
1/2 cupSooji
1 CupCurd
1 tspBaking Soda
1 tspSalt

Steps

1

Mix the Oats and sooji.Whisk,so it is lump free.

Add in curd as you stir.

Add water if the consistency in thick.
4

Add salt and soda and mix vigrously.
5

Pour in prepared idli stands.
6

Steam for 15mins.
7

Add it's ready.Eat them as it is or serve it with coconut chutney or/and sambar.
