Ingredients

  1. 100 gmWheat flour
  2. 100 gmrice flour
  3. 50 gmbesan
  4. 50 gmfine rawa
  5. 5 tbspgrated bottle gourd
  6. 1 tspeach of kalonji seeds chaat masala, and white sesame seeds
  7. 1 tspeach of hing kasuri methi ajwain and pepper
  8. 1 tbspeach of green paste and chopped coriander or mint leaves
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all the ingredients and make a stiff dough without water

    Smoothen the dough with the oil and make a ball

    Flatten it on ur greased palm

    Then flatten it on the greased tawa

    Keep on turning it til it bcomes light brown colour

    Finally serve it with a spoon of pure ghee and aamras or mango slices or pickle or curds.
