Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 cuproasted oats
  • 1 cupboiled moong daal (only salt and haldi)
  • 1 cupFew finely chopped vegetables like carrots,capsicum and beans
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonsukha dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 bunchFresh coriander chopped
  • as neededOil for shallow frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Churn roasted oats to a smooth powder.

  2. 2

    All the ingredients one by one.

  3. 3

    Make a soft dough. You can add little milk or water if the dough is dry.

  4. 4

    Give the desired shape and shallow fry on grill pan adding lil oil.

  5. 5

    Cook from both the sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
