2 cupsparsley
1/2 cupcilantro
3/4 cupwhite wine
1/2 cupolive oil
1 tspred pepper flakes
1/2 tspblack pepper
2red snapper filets (or whatever you want to cook)

Blend everything (not the fish) until chunky
2

Put fish and blended ingredients into casserole dish
3

Bake @500 for 15 minutes
