This is a quick and easy recipe of Potatoes fry that is served along with daal as a side dish during lunch
Steps

Peel off the Potatoes and cut into thin strips

Heat oil in a pan temper the nigella seeds and green chillies
- 3
Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric
- 4
Cover it and keep on a low flame
- 5
As the Potatoes get par boiled remove the cover and keep frying
- 6
Finally add little sugar and mix well
- 7
Aaloo bhaja is ready to be served
