Steps

Wash the chicken,chop and put all the above ingredient except Oil place on low heat and cook for 30min

Marinate with the chicken sauce for about 2-3hours by (leaving the stock with the chicken laps in the pot)

Next you pour the cooking oil in an already heated pot then place a large chunk of Onions in the oil after which you put your marinated chicken in the oil one at a time allowing to deep fry.

Once you done frying it comes out looking dry like the above picture.
