Mix flour, yeast, sugar, cardamon.

Add coconut milk and egg and continue mixing.

Knead for about 5 to 10 minutes until it has all mixed.

Cover the dough with foil and let rest in a warm place for about 2 hours.

After two hours the dough will have risen. On a flour-covered surface divide the dough into small balls.

Roll into a chapati shape and cut into quarters.

Deep fry until golden brown.

Drain on a paper towel and serve with hot tea or a beverage of your choice.
