  1. 1/2 cupShortning
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1/2 cupWalnuts
  5. 2 cupsFlour
  6. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 3Soft bananas

  1. 1

    Mix shortening, sugar and egg well. Add flour, soda and Salt. Add mashed Bananas and Nuts.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
