  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 cupWalnuts
  • 2 cupsFlour
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 3Soft bananas

  1. 1

    Mix shortening, sugar and egg well. Add flour, soda and Salt. Add mashed Bananas and Nuts.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
