  1. 1/2 cuppure coconut water
  2. 2ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped
  3. 1 cupfresh pineapple chunks
  4. 1/2 cuploosely packed spinach
  5. 1frozen banana
  6. 1 cupice cubes

  1. 1

    Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend for about 50-55 seconds. If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Blend, but you'll need a few more seconds.

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
