Sieve the flour in a mixing bowl and rub in fat. Add salt,add water and knead into a firm dough not sticky an cover it with a damp cloth or cling foil.let it rest

Cook the minced meat until water is dry add your chopped onions,chillies,a pinch of salt,garam masala. Stir continually to avoid your content sticking on the pot reduce the heat add your dhania simmer for some minutes n turn off the heat.Ensure the meat is completely dry.

Mix a small portion of flour with water for making glue n set aside.

Divide dough into portions and make balls using greased hands and then roll out on a greased surface.cut into half's. make a cone and glue the overlapping edges and press to give a good seal. Fill with your meat mix and seal.Keep them covered to avoid bursting during frying

Heat the oil on medium heat put your samosas n fry gently into golden brown. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with tomato ketchup or tea
