From the night before you want to prepare the chicken and marinade it and leave it in fridge till bbq time

For the marinade add all the ingredients except the beer leave it for last it will foam mix

Now slowly add the beer and stir till well blended

At this point rinse the chicken and put it in a ziplock bag or bowl add the marinade and mix meat thoroughly

Next day fire up bbq and at medium heat cook to your preference
