I thought of making the tasty after I had served with fried liver when I was ill and the meal was really appetizing and make me recover fast
The meal is commonly served to children,the old and ill who can't feed on tough meat which they are required to chew ,exhausting their little strength when they use their muscles.This make them loose appetite.
Hope you too out there gonna try out my menu yummy

Ingredients

6 people
  1. 1 kgliver
  2. 3tbsn of cooking oil
  3. 1 headonion
  4. Salt
  5. 2 headsGreen Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the whole liver and if probably cut it in to three equal portion to drain excess blood from it

  2. 2

    Cut the liver in to equal cubes

  3. 3

    Put 2 to 4 spoon of cooking oil in a frying pan

  4. 4

    Add the liver and fry while turning until liver juice are drained from the liver

  5. 5

    Add the chopped onions and green pepper while turning

  6. 6

    Lower the heat and cover for about 10-15 min

  7. 7

    Serve while pilau or plain white rice
