Oats Karachi Biscuits

My moms way of making the tasty food healthy...

In a large bowl combine oats powder, custard powder and baking powder. Keep aside.

In another bowl beat butter and powdered sugar till creamy.

Fold both the mixture till well incorporated. Add essence and tutti fruity and mix. Sprinkle some milk if required to bind it.

Take the dough and roll over a parchment paper. Cover it with the same parchment paper and refrigerate for 25 mins.

Preheat oven @180 degree Celsius

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the rolled biscuit dough in rounds with 1/2" thickness.

Place it on the lined tray keeping distance of an inch

Bake for 25 mins

Once done, let the biscuits cool down.

Store in an air tight container for 3 weeks. (It will vanish before 😀)
