SPICY SMOKED SAUSAGE CROCKPOT CHILI

In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef, onion, garlic and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the beef is browned. Drain the excess fat, then transfer to beef to the slow cooker bowl.

Add the kielbasa to the pan and lightly brown, then add to the slow cooker.

Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

Taste, and season with additional salt and pepper or seasonings if need be.
