1/2 cupvegetable oil
2 tbsvanilla essence
3eggs
1/2 cupcoconut
1/2 cupsemolina flour
1 tbsbaking powder
1 cupflour

Beat eggs,add sugar,vegetable oil and semolina and mix well

Add yoghurt and coconut mix

Add vanilla essence mix

Add flour and baking powder whisk then put in abaking tin

Bake 180c and 40min
