Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupinstant masala oats
  • 1/4 cup gram flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 2-3 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspfreshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspgrated carrots
  • 1/4 tspgreen chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tbspvery finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tbsppepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • As per require water
  • 2-3 tbspRefined oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    1st 1 chopped the onion and green chilli.and grat the carrot.keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take a Bowl and put the oats and gram flour,add pour water as per required.cover it and rest 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now mix all ingredients and onion chopped, green chilli & coriander leaves chopped.mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add 2-3 tbsp whisked fresh curd,whisked till smooth
    smooth the batter.

  5. 5

    In a nonstick cooking frypan heat refined oil brush and 1 Take a ladle full of batter and drop it at the centre.
    Spread it carefully and thickly in a circular motion and in the form of a small round pan cake.

  6. 6

    When 2 side is light golden brown remove the chila.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve oats chila with raita or tomato sauce and sprinkel some chat masala or dry fruits.
