Ingredients

1large cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces
To tastesalt
4hard boiled eggs, cut into slices
Mayonnaise
1/2 BagTortilla chips crushed (or more if you really love them)

Steps

Take your cucumber pieces and place them in a flat dish, sprinkle some salt over. Squeeze just enough mayonnaise over to cover them.

Add your egg slices on top of the mayonnaise layer. Pour crushed chips of your choice on the eggs and serve. Marvel at how weird it is that it tastes so good😁

As a kid I told my teacher I'd grow up to be a chef, well that didn't happen but I'm a chef in my own kitchen and that's great.
