Ingredients

45 minutes
5 servings
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1green pepper, sliced
  • 1handful of fresh green beans, washed
  • 1carrot, washed, peeled and chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 cubebeef stock and salt to taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion until it's brown

  2. 2

    Wash rice and add with water,beef stock and salt to taste

  3. 3

    Add all vegetables after they are chopped and let steam for 20 minutes. Serve with green salad.and garnish with fried potatoes
