Ingredients

45 minutes

5 servings

2 cupsrice
1green pepper, sliced
1handful of fresh green beans, washed
1carrot, washed, peeled and chopped
1onion, chopped
2 tbspoil
2 cupswater
1 cubebeef stock and salt to taste

Fry onion until it's brown

Wash rice and add with water,beef stock and salt to taste

Add all vegetables after they are chopped and let steam for 20 minutes. Serve with green salad.and garnish with fried potatoes
