Durum Idlis in fettuccine

For Idlis : Note-take a bowl add 1 cup suji add curd mix it well. Now add salt and rest it for 10 min. Now add 1pouch Eno.. take a idli mould grease it add suji batter and steam it for 10-15 min. Idli ready

Take a kadayi add Oil..rai..curry leaves.. chopped green red yellow capsicum.. carrot.. boiled corn..saute for 5 min.

Now add salt.. black pepper and vinegar mix it well..

Now add boiled roasted bombino and small idli.. sprinkle coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut serve.. 😎😎
