Daal Poori Kheer(Bihar's Traditional Dish)

Take a bowl add wheat flour then add 1spoon oil and salt mix it well then add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15min.

Take a pan add milk boil it on medium flame for 10-12min then wash the rice and put it in milk and on medium cook it till it completely cooked.

When it completely cooked turn off the flame then add sugar, cardamom powder and pistachio mix it well and keep it aside for 5min,then serve it.

Take a cooker add daal then add 1cup water, turmeric powder and salt cook till 4-5 whistle then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

Open the cover seive it then grinned it in fine paste.

Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add cumin seeds saute then add paste fry for 5-10min.

Keep it aside to cool completely.

Check the dough knead it once again then make ball from the mixture then stuff daal in it then bind it and flatten it.

Take a pan add oil then fry all the puri till it golden brown.

Bihar ki traditional or Maa ka Favourite Daal pori kheer is ready to serve.
