Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 500 mlfull fat milk
  2. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupfresh bread crumb
  5. 2 tspmilk masala
  6. 2-3 dropskewra essence
  7. strandsFew saffron
  8. 1/4 tspelaichi powder
  9. 2 tspchopped pistachios
  10. 2 tspchopped cashews
  11. 2 tspchopped almonds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add milk, milk powder, sugar and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix it well and pour this mixture in a heavy bottom pan.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring occasionally and cook the mixture on low flame until it reduces to 1/2 of original quantity.

  4. 4

    Keep scrapping the sides and keep mixing the cream to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Now add saffron, chopped nuts, milk masala, elaichi powder and kewra essence. Mix well

  6. 6

    The rabdi for kulfi is ready.

  7. 7

    Let it cool down completely.

  8. 8

    Pour this mixture into kulfi molds or in any air tight container.

  9. 9

    Papaya the molds in freezer for 6-7 hours.

  10. 10

    De-mould and serve chilled.
