Ingredients

  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspooncaramseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonfenugreek seeds
  • Salt as per test
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonchopped green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonkasoori methi
  • 2 teaspoongreen coriander
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add gram flour and salt mix well now add water & make batter like pakora

  2. 2

    Take a heavy bottom pan ya nonstick pan pour 2 teaspoon oil now add mustard seeds, caram seeds, fenugreek seeds and add all ingredients saute 1 m now pour better.

  3. 3

    Stirr the better continually.

  4. 4

    Cook the better until thick

  5. 5

    Now take a plate greas with oil & spred the better.

  6. 6

    After 1/2 hai cut in to pieces.

  7. 7

    Cello fry all pieces

  8. 8

    Serve with spicy green chutney & tomato sauce
